The Challenge
Nonprofit Nexus was a new consulting business focused on nonprofit incorporation and compliance. They offer a range of services from charitable solicitation registration to foreign corporate filings to ensure that organizations maintain compliance across all 50 states. They were looking for a new visual identity and website to serve as a point of reference for prospects who would like to learn more. This will allow them to begin building brand awareness while further developing their database.

The Solution
We started with an initial consult to clarify the target audience, the key strengths, values, differentiators and more. For the new direction, we wanted to avoid something that looks too corporate or complex. We aimed for a visual direction that strongly emphasizes the level of ease, care, and compliance that makes Nonprofit Nexus more appealing to prospects. The symbol incorporates a stylized letter ‘N’ in the shape of a check mark with abstract paperwork to convey these key attributes. We also developed the tagline, Simplifying Compliance with Compassion, to further convey these attributes in a simplified way. The color scheme is warm, bright, and approachable to convey the ease and peace of mind. It extends cohesively into the website and brochures that were developed to emphasize the value of nonprofit Nexus, the problem that it solves for clients, why people trust it, and the steps to get started today.
The new visual direction for Nonprofit Nexus emphasizes ease, care, trust, and peace of mind across the brand, website, and brochures. The tagline Simplifying Compliance with Compassion clearly communicates how Nonprofit Nexus supports nonprofits every step of the way.
The new brand and website helps to create a stronger and more memorable impression. It reduces friction around compliance by replacing complexity with clarity, care, and peace of mind.
