A Modern Approach to Leadership Training
ICKD Training Consultant provides your maintenance department with training in leadership and development. The primary focus is on bridging the gap between the leadership and maintenance to allow for more efficiency and success.
The Challenge
The CEO and training consultant saw the need for training in leadership and development for maintenance personnel and was looking to expand in that niche so needed a new visual identity and online presence. The client was looking for a simple web solution that clearly communicates who she is and what she offers. It needed to allow people to easily fill a questionnaire as part of her onboarding process. It also needed to present the company as a premium service provider.
Target Audience: The maintenance departments of organizations. From the leadership to the technicians.
The Solution
As part of the brand launch we would begin with a new visual identity that would include a logo design, tagline and business card as well as a responsive landing page to onboard clients.
The brand needed to look premium and futuristic and reflect the dedication to success. The logo incorporates a well-crafted monogram. The color scheme combines a more feminine turquoise with azure, royal blue, and firm navy blue to give a sense of contrast. The tagline emphasizes what makes the company unique: The unique & modern approach to training.
The website clearly communicates the value that clients receive at first glance. It conveys what ICKD offers as well as her areas of expertise, background, and testimonials in a way that is easy to understand. Typeform was also integrated to allow her to more easily onboard clients after a brief questionnaire.

The new visual identity for ICKD Training represents the dedication to success, as a more modern approach to leadership training. It is firm and futuristic with a feminine touch.
Overall, the project was a success and we were able to launch the site before the beginning of 2021. This way the client can begin collecting leads. Other integrations will also be later added to improve the site performance over time.
