With Apricot Branding, All agreements are final. There are no refunds.
If you make an upfront deposit and decide that you would need to cancel the project for any reason, then that upfront deposit cannot be returned. If no work has been done then it can be returned within 24hrs
If little to no work has been done and the project needs to be cancelled then the upfront deposit can only be used to fund a different service that is similar and of equal or close to equal value. The upfront deposit can also be used to fund future projects that you may need. If you make an upfront deposit and the project is cancelled without work being done then you might be able to get a discount on future projects based on the cost of the future need.
If a substantial amount of work has already been done and you decide to cancel the project half way then the upfront deposit cannot be refunded. If you decide to cancel the project after it has already been executed then the upfront deposit can not be refunded and you will still owe the balance that is due.
